Description:

Antalya Bay or Gulf of Antalya is named in honor of the eponymous city of Turkey Antalya, the shores of which it washes.

Beautiful and majestic in size, it stretches from west to east for 200 km in a straight line or 216 km, if you count from the city of Anamur (Mersin province) to the steep cliffs of the Armenian Taurus.

The coast at the extreme points of the west and east are rocky, and the middle (north) are gentle sandy beaches. Here is the famous Turkish Riviera, beloved by many tourists.

The bay at the entrance has a depth of 2000 m, but closer to the coast it is reduced to 92 m.
