Therefore, we still celebrate his arrival twice - Moscow time and Kiev time, that is, at 23.00 and at midnight.

The holiday is a public holiday and the most joyful event for everyone, especially the small residents of the country. In all regions and even the smallest cities organized New Year's matinees with bright and colorful productions and sweet gifts. For the older generation, various concerts are held with the participation of Ukrainian and Russian pop stars.
