Description:
The music park in Donetsk, Ukraine, was opened in 2011. This event took place on the eve of the celebration of Shakhtar Day and coincided with the City Day.
In the Soviet years, the Lenin Komsomol Park was located on this site. The park area is adjacent to the monument “To Your Liberators, Donbass”.
The music park is divided into three parts. In the so-called children's area music from cartoons is constantly heard. On the two remaining venues you can listen to the great classical works of composers known all over the world.
In addition to music, the park attracts residents with its new beautiful fountain, young trees and shrubs, pink flower beds, as well as the so-called stone garden and numerous playgrounds.
The park has many pedestrian paths, which are so pleasant to walk in the evening under the light of magic lanterns. Weary visitors will be sheltered by comfortable benches. Fans of active recreation are provided with two sports grounds.
