The first capsule contains a message, which was prepared on October 29, 1971 by the participants of the meeting of labor dynasties and will be opened on October 29, 2018. The second will be opened on the occasion of the centenary of Lenin’s birth on April 22, 2020, with a letter for the city’s youth.
