About the company:
The Museum of Combat and Labor Glory of the Trudovskaya mine in Donetsk is located in a unique place – almost on the territory of the mine. And often, new mine workers begin their acquaintance with the mine from the museum, where in the exhibits you can see the difficult heroic path of the miners of Donetsk, both in the field of labor and on the fields of war.
Construction of the mine began in 1931, and it was opened in 1941, just before the war. Many miners went to the front. The mine had to be dismantled and flooded. And then, after the liberation of Ukraine from the Nazis, almost ten years were the restoration work at the mine.
The history of the mine is rich in events, and all of them pass in front of museum visitors in photos, stands, posters, personal belongings of workers. The modern life of the Trudovskaya mine is not forgotten in the museum, a small exposition can also be seen about it. The museum is of interest to any generation, but especially to those who have decided to associate themselves with this profession.
