Museum of History of Khartsyzsk

The museum was public until 1971. All exhibits were collected from the world by thread. In 1992 it became an independent museum. It is famous for its exclusive exhibits.

In total, the Museum of History of Khartsyzsk collected more than 10 thousand exhibition items. To make it more clear, they were divided into several rooms.

In the section of ancient times are the remains of animals, national utensils and clothing, as well as tools. The department with the history of the city until the XX century is rich in exhibits of the Patriotic War, Afghan and other local wars. The third hall is completely dedicated to Hero of the Soviet Union V.F. Shalimov. Before the tourists opens a room, the interior of which illustrates the period of life of the great figure. The last department is devoted to the history of Khartsyzsk at the end of the XX century.

In addition, the museum often opens exhibition centers of various subjects: from children's drawings to real painting by local artists.
