Description:
The Church of St. Vincent de Paul is one of the few Catholic monasteries of Kharkov. In 1995, a new Catholic parish acquired a land plot with the house of a former kindergarten. In September of the same year, the building was converted into a chapel. The grand opening of the monastery took place on September 27, 1996. Currently, the service in the Church of St. Vincent de Paul is carried out by the Lazarist fathers. Every year this place attracts many tourists and pilgrims.
The architecture of the temple deserves special attention. The church is made in neoclassical style, its main feature is a 25-meter trapezoidal tower. The windows of the temple of St. Vincent de Paul have a round, rectangular and trapezoidal shape. To the left of the tower is a massive multi-tiered annex, made in the form of a cascade. The exterior decoration of the temple is dominated by pastel beige tones.
