Source in Mikhailovsky Cathedral

On the territory of Mikhailovsky Cathedral there is a gazebo-chapel with a fountain. By tradition, coins are thrown at it to make a wish come true.

The gazebo over the source was rebuilt in the mid-1990s. Today it is decorated with a gilded dome, fresco painting and columns. Inside the gazebo is a stone bowl.

The gazebo is made in the same style and color with the temple of the Mikhailovsky monastery. It is made in the style of Ukrainian Baroque, in delicate white and blue with gold color.
