The Great Perspective Street

Big Perspective is the main street in Kirovograd. It runs from Independence Square to 50 Years of October Street.
During the Russian Empire, the street was called Great Perspective, but in the Soviet period it was renamed Karl Marx Street in honor of the philosopher Karl Marx. The historical name was returned on October 27, 2011 by the decision of the Kirovograd City Council.
