Sadko Fountain

Fountain "Sadko", built in honor of the epic hero of the same name, was installed in 1985 and since then is considered one of the symbols of the city of Suma and the pride of its inhabitants. Here likes to gather young people, walk tourists. The author of the project was the sculptor Yu.Kulik. In the evenings, the fountain turns on colorful illumination, which gives it a fabulous fleur.

In 2010, Sadko underwent a major overhaul, its old plates were replaced by new ones made of red granite. The repair of the fountain cost the city authorities 1.3 million hryvnias.
