The church was surrounded by a stone wall next to which was a cemetery. Then a hospital was built near the church. The complex of church buildings also included the house of the Society of Priests named after Saints Peter and Paul and the house of the priest.

In the Nikolaev Church there is a copy of the Terebovlyan Miraculous Icon of the Mother of God, the original of which is kept in Lviv in the Cathedral of St. Jura. Today, the church is under the jurisdiction of one of the Greek Catholic parishes of Terebovli and is an architectural monument of national importance.
