Zaporozhye-1 Station

Passenger trains in all directions on the territory of Ukraine follow Zapoprozhye-1 railway station. The station is the starting point for long-distance trains running to near and far abroad countries: Russia, Belarus, Poland, Azerbaijan and Germany.

The first building of Zaporozhye railway station was built in 1873. In 1953, the building was reconstructed, on the site of the old station there was a building in the style of "Stalin Baroque". In 2002, the station was waiting for a new reconstruction - this time modernized the interior - there were comfortable leather seats, TVs, air conditioning, a new audio system, a bar.

Today in the station building there are ticket offices, waiting rooms, rest rooms, mother and child room, storage rooms, toilets. Tourists can use the services of a porter, in the Service Center of the station any certificates of railway communication are provided, there are fax services, photocopiers, you can book a hotel room, order an announcement on the radio station, call a taxi, use a city phone, recharge a mobile phone, etc.
