About the company:
In the north of Uruguay in the department of Takuarembo is one of the most interesting museums in the country. It was opened in 1993 and immediately became an important point of tourist routes.
The original idea made it possible to create a museum overnight, which would not contain paintings or sculptures of famous masters, but which, however, could tell about the development of art in South America. The city authorities built about 60 small houses and invited famous artists to paint them in their characteristic manner. So in Uruguay appeared the largest museum of fresco painting.
The houses are painted in different styles. These are avant-garde, realism, hyperrealism, primitivism, abstractionism. Due to the popularity of the museum, its territory began to expand, new exhibits began to be added to the exposition, including modern sculpture.
