Park Platt Fields

One of the most popular places for residents and guests of Manchester is Platt Fields Park, created in 1992. It is divided into several territories, each of which has its own purpose. The park has a sports area, it is equipped with basketball and tennis courts, as well as football fields. Here you can often meet local youth, families with children, as well as everyone who prefers an active lifestyle.

In the center of the park is a beautiful artificial lake, which is a zone for boat trips. It is a very romantic place where couples often gather. On the lake grow huge water lilies, water lilies and lotuses, which during flowering create here unique aromas.

In the western part of Platt Fields is a zone for those who like to skate and bike BMX. There are springboards of varying complexity on which experienced and novice athletes can try themselves. Among other things, the park has many picturesque picnic spots and several children's playgrounds.
