Bath Street

Bath, Bath and North East Somerset BA1 1SN, UK

Description:

Bath Street in the English city of the same name was built in 1791 by Thomas Baldwin. Several buildings located here are listed as buildings of architectural or historical interest. There are also several fashion shops here.

Originally, the street was called Cross-Bat, since the famous thermal bath "Cross-Bat" is located here under the open sky. On Bath Street is the entrance to Bath's Thermal SPA Center. At the north end of the street, the buildings continue along Table Street. On the south side there are buildings with numbers from 1 to 8, and on the north there are buildings with numbers from 9 to 16, which are part of the Royal Bath treatment center.

Beautiful two-storey buildings located on the street are decorated with mansard roofs, and their windows are decorated with decorative architectural compositions and cornices. A walk along the street allows you to enjoy not only English architecture, but also visit the world-famous thermal baths of the city, or go to a chic shop.
