Tour to the Tower of London
Description:
The Tower is a royal castle and palace built by King William the Conqueror in the 11th century. It still belongs to the Queen and is a symbol of the monarchy.
The Tower is guarded by the Yeomenes, the Royal Life Guards, better known as the Beefitors. The Crows are hired and paid by the British government.
We're going to look at the royal coronation regalia and the Green Lounge, where the three English Queens were executed.
Please note that only a guide with the highest qualification “Blue Badge”, awarded by the Institute of Tourism, can conduct excursions in the Tower of London.
