Excursion to Hampton Court

Description:

A tour of Hampton Court will give you an idea of how the Tudor and Stuart kings lived.

The huge red-brick country palace is closely associated with Henry VIII, his idle life surrounded by an army of subordinates, feasts, fun and hunting. Each of his six queens walked through courtyards and galleries. The tragedies of his married life were played out here.

At the end of the 17th century, the palace of modern times was attached to the Tudor Palace by the famous architect Christopher Ren. This is where another tragedy of the Stuart era plays out.

You will explore the royal chambers, richly decorated with tapestries and furnished with oak furniture, visit the most charming of the English royal parks, see the oldest vine in England and in the world with a length of over 40 meters.
