Description:
Orchila is a picturesque island near the Los Roques archipelago. The island boasts delightful beaches (places of sand with a pinkish hue), crystal clear water, as well as delightful scenery and diverse flora and fauna.
Despite the above advantages, tourism does not develop here, and the area is used by the authorities as a naval base of the country's Navy. There are 32 military installations on the island.
In addition to military facilities, there are residential buildings where employees of the naval base live. There is also one of the residences of the President.
