Avenida Panteon, Caracas, Venezuela
About the company:
The Quinta De Anauco Museum of Colonial Art is located in Caracas.
The Museum of Colonial Art is located in Quinta Anauco, a large 17th-century mansion where Simon Bolivar lived before his death. The building itself was built in 1797 in the colonial style.
The museum has a large collection of objects of culture and art: paintings, furniture, fountains and an ancient park - all in the style of romanticism of the 18th century. The interior of the mansion is executed in a classical style. In the numerous halls of the museum you can get acquainted with the history, life and art of the country, from the time of the landing of the first Spanish colonists to the first years of the Republic.
On weekends, you can enjoy music concerts held in the mansion.
