At the top of the mountain near Lake Balaton in the village of Tihan stands a monument dedicated to the King of Hungary Andras and Anastasia Yaroslavna. Figures with minimalism are embodied in stone. A monument to the love of a husband and wife from different countries and religions is located in front of the Benedictine Abbey (Andras – the founder of the abbey).
The village of Tihan is famous for its lavender fields. In the village market you can buy products of local craftsmen, tinctures and lavender oil.
You can get to the village of Tihan from Balatonfüred by taxi, bicycle and walk (only 6 km).
