About the company:

The Deri Museum was built in the European Baroque style in 1929 by the famous Hungarian architect Dennis Györdi. The entrance is decorated with majestic columns, as well as sculptures, each of which is a symbol and represents one of the four types of exhibitions presented in the Museum of Archaeology, Ethnography, Science and Art.

At first, there were very few exhibits, even though the patron donated much of his art collection. However, over time, everything changed, and the exposition of the museum expanded rapidly. This was facilitated by local and foreign rich people.

The Deri Museum presents a variety of exhibits, which are divided into several types. Anyone who has been here and walked through all the halls will be able to significantly expand their horizons.

The most interesting are the paintings of Mihai Munkacci, a very famous Hungarian artist. Also, tourists like to visit the halls dedicated to archaeology, as here you can see unique exhibits, whose age can reach several centuries. The Deri Museum's vault houses many works of art. Visitors can only see them during exhibitions, which are held here very often.
