Thermal bath in the Miskolztapolz caves

The thermal baths of Miskolc-Tapolc are one of the most popular places in Hungary. This is probably because they are located in caves. The most interesting thing is that baths are not created by human hands by the way, it is all created by nature. They were formed due to the movement of thermal waters. To see all this, tens of thousands of tourists annually come to the resort of Miskolc-Tapolza.

Thermal springs appeared only in the 60s. Before that, the population used them, but the caves were not used. Since that time, the thermal springs have been constantly reconstructed: new pools and various infrastructure have been opened. Nowadays Miskolc-Tapolca is one of the most popular resorts in Hungary.
