Description:
The Hungarian city of Pécs is rich in historical monuments not only of local but also of world culture - it houses the amazing Episcopal Palace. Its history is inextricably linked to Hungary’s most revered saint, the Hungarian King Stephen. Today it is a monumental grandiose structure made in the Renaissance style. However, in the XI on the site of the palace stood a local church, which was later burned. In its place, the Episcopal Palace appeared.
You can only get there during the summer months on Thursday. There are several comfortable hotels near the palace. You can get to the place by bus.
