Description:

One of the most popular tourist destinations in Hungary is the Episcopal Palace in Vesprem. It was built in the 18th century (or rather in 1777). From the inside, the palace looks more luxurious than from the outside. It stands in Holy Trinity Square. The main residence is made of white marble, Baroque style. Many valuables are stored there – from old frescoes to various paintings and books in the library (there are about 60,000 of them).

At the moment, the palace functions only as a museum. It operates from May 1 to October 15, from Tuesday to Sunday (10:00 - 17:00), admission is paid - 1200 forints.
