Noi Bai International Airport
Description:
Noi Bai International Airport is the largest airport in northern Vietnam. It was built in 1978 and is located 45 kilometers from the center of Hanoi.
There are two runways with artificial surface length of about 3.5 kilometers. The capacity of the airport is about 12 million passengers per year. One terminal serves domestic and international flights. On the first floor of the airport building there is a check-in desk and an arrivals hall. The landing gates are equipped on the second floor. Various services are provided here, including a beauty salon, shops, a currency exchange office and all kinds of transportation. Several bars and restaurants offer traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
There is a cozy hotel near the airport. A five-minute walk is a parking lot of shuttle buses and taxis, it is also possible to rent a car.
