A Day in the Life of a Vietnamese Village

Description:

During this tour we will immerse ourselves in the world of an authentic Vietnamese village with all its attributes, traditions, crafts, sounds, views and smells.

150 squares. We will not only observe the typical course of life in the Vietnamese village, but also take an active part in it.

We will see grazing herds of dairy cows and the main assistants of Vietnamese water buffalo peasants. A huge number of folk proverbs and proverbs are associated with these animals. We learn how to plow rice fields with a plow - despite scientific and technological progress, many peasants still plow in this way.

We will take an active part in planting rice and learn more about the culture of rice cultivation in Vietnam.

We will visit the vegetable garden where organic greens and vegetables are grown, an orchard, an apothecary garden and a mushroom plantation on an area of 15,000 square meters. With a conical hat on the head, we will start work on collecting vegetables, fragrant greens, spices and mushrooms (all this will be useful in the subsequent culinary course), while learning about the properties and qualities of fruits, vegetables, spices and medicinal plants that have hitherto been unknown to us.

Ponds full of fish and shrimp - such as you have not seen before, as well as flocks of grazing ducks and geese - a whole army of hollering creatures. Let's try to collect snails in the pond - not an easy task.

Next, we will have a culinary course led by an experienced chef.

Delicious and healthy dishes prepared with your own hands - what can be more delicious!

Afternoon, back to town.
