Excursion "Gu Chi Guerrilla Tunnels"

76 km from the city center of Ho Chi Minh City there are tunnels Ku Chi-network of underground structures with a total length of more than 200 km in three levels underground. These tunnels were dug by the hands of local residents in the period from the mid-40s to the mid-60s of the last century. It is hard to imagine that during the war some 17,000 guerrillas lived and fought in these tunnels.
The tunnel complex is essentially a huge autonomous city.
At the beginning of the tour, we will watch a black and white film shot in these places in 1967.
We will try to find secret passages leading to the center of the tunnels and try to pass a small area under the ground, although it has already been specially expanded for tourists.
We'll visit a field hospital, a weapons workshop, try what the guerrillas ate during the war.
During the tour, we will visit the shooting range where anyone can shoot from small arms.
