Mekong River
Description:
Russia has the Volga and Vietnam has the Mekong.
To understand the soul of the Vietnamese people, I recommend every tourist to visit the Mekong River.
After a small transfer in a comfortable car, we will climb aboard the motor ship and swim across the sleeve of the river 3 km wide.
We will visit the workshop for the production of coconut toffees and fruit marmalades, try rice moonshine and medicinal tinctures on cobras and vipers. On a cart drawn by a local horse we will ride through the village streets of alleys.
A romantic walk on oars through exotic channels and ducts will remain in your memory for a long time.
We will visit the old manor with a chic garden and dine on local delicacies: fish 'Elephant's ear', shrimp, pancakes, salads, etc.
At the end of the tour we will visit the most beautiful temple in the Mekong Delta. (Or instead of a temple, we can visit the Dong Tam snake nursery.)
