Clock Tower of Tirana

The Clock Tower of Tirana is located in the heart of the city. It appeared in 1822. At the moment, the height of the architectural structure is 35 meters. It has been open to visitors since the 90s. 20th century. Inside there is a wooden staircase, there is no special lighting, it is created through small windows. The stairs are surrounded by powerful stone walls. At the top there is a gate for the passage to the clock. By the way, the clock mechanism was made in Germany. The last restoration of the building was in 2016, that is, more recently.
