Mountain trek in Armenia

Day 1. Airport transfer to hotel. Sightseeing tour of Yerevan. Mother Armenia Memorial and Monument to the Unknown Soldier Cascade. Opera and ballet building. North Avenue. Republic Square. Armenian Genocide Memorial. Ararat Brandy Factory. GUM market of fresh and dried fruits.

Day 2: Hor Virap Monastery. King's prison. Panorama of Biblical Mount Ararat. Noravank Monastery. Hiking in the mountain Tsakhats Kar 2100m. Ruins of the fortress of King Smbat. Overnight in the guest house "Old Bridge" in Egegnadzor.

Day 3. Hiking in Spitakavor 2200m. The ruins of the Proshaberd fortress. Overnight in the guest house "Old Bridge" in Egegnadzor.

Day 4. The oldest observatory of Karahunj. The longest cable car in the world Tatev. Damn Bridge. Tatev Monastery (UNESCO heritage) 1600m. Walking across the river to the Tatev Desert. Overnight at Hachik's guest house.

Day 5. The cave city of Khndzoresk. A wobbly bridge. Museum in caves. Overnight at Hachik's guest house.

Day 6. Jermuk is a spa town. Kechut Reservoir. Walking around the lake. Waterfall and Flower. Mineral Gallery. Overnight at the Old Bridge Guesthouse.

Day 7, Selim Caravanserai. Hike to Mount Armagan 2800m. Lake Sevan 2000m. Bathing in the lake. Dilijan. The Mimino monument. Overnight in the guest house "U Anahit" in Ijevan.

Day 8. March to Lastiver 1300m. Woods. River. Waterfall. Museum in a cave. Overnight in the guest house "U Anahit" in Ijevan.

Day 9. Villages of Old Believers Fioletovo and Lermontovo. Vanadzor City. Alaverdi. Haghpat and Sanahin Monasteries (UNESCO Heritage). Hiking from Sanahin to Haghpat. Ruins of Kayan Fortress. Overnight at the Kefo Hotel.

Day 10. Monument to the Armenian Alphabet. Climb to the southern peak of Mount Aragats 4000m. Return to Yerevan. Transfer from hotel to airport.
