Azat reservoir

Armenia is a country of beautiful natural landscapes, cold mountain rivers and lakes. At an altitude of 1050 meters above sea level, the picturesque Azat reservoir stretches on the Azat River. Over the years, the reservoir has formed its own natural ecosystem with numerous species of fish (carp, carp, carp, sazan, red pepper and others).

Locals and tourists come here to fish and relax. The surface of the water, bordered by bizarre mountains, creates a landscape worthy of the painter’s brush.

You can get to the reservoir (only 20 km from Yerevan) by car or taxi.
