Blue Mosque

The Blue Mosque of Yerevan is the only Muslim temple in Armenia. During its history, this mosque has experienced a lot, but thanks to the restoration, it pleases everyone who comes here.

The territory is more than seven thousand square meters. In addition to the main prayer hall and pavilions, there are madrasahs for those who want to learn Persian, a large accessible library with a reading room, a minaret.

The royal facade of the temple is very bright, and inside - everything is modest.

Interestingly, this mosque is highly secular in nature, but the gates are opened strictly on schedule, according to the requirements of Shariah.

How to get there: The mosque is located in the city center - less than one kilometer from the Republic Square, next to the Children's Park and Shahumyan Square.
