Yerevan Republican Stadium

The Republican Stadium in Yerevan (Armenia) was opened in the 38th year of the last century. At the same time, it can be visited by a little less than 15 thousand spectators. The multipurpose sports facility was originally called Dynamo, but in the 99th year it was renamed in honor of the deceased state and military figure Vazgen Sargsyan.
Today, the national football team plays on the field, home matches are held. You can reach the sights on foot from the metro station "Republic Square" (1200 m). The stadium coordinates are 40°10′18′′ N and 44°31′32′′ E.
