Gandzasar Stadium

Gandzasar Multifunctional Stadium is located in the central part of Kapan, near the Vohchi River.

Built in 1963, it was called "Lernagorts" (where Lernagorts Kapan lived), as well as in honor of the local football team.

Following the renaming of the team in 2004, since 2008, the stadium has been called Gandzasar.

In 2008, construction work began to modernize the field and stands for the Europa League.

The stadium has a capacity of 3,500 spectators, an average of 1,500 people attend the game.

Currently, the stadium is the base for the Armenian football team and the best football field in Armenia.
