Start at 10:00. In this tour you will get acquainted with Christianity in Armenia, from its inception to the present day. We will go to the city of Vagharshapat, where I will talk about the difference between the AAC and other directions and the architectural development of church architecture. This is especially pronounced in the temples and churches of Echmiadzin. If you wish, you can get acquainted with the relics stored there and the variety of legends on the path of Armenia to Christ. I think what you see will not leave you indifferent. Each building here has its own special history, which can be touched directly. After the inspection we will go to Khor-Virap (Deep Dungeon). It is an iconic monastery located on the remains of the pre-Christian city of Artashat (160 BC). It is located at the closest distance from the biblical Mount Ararat, near the border of Armenia and Turkey. Beautiful place with an unforgettable view and many secrets. Return to Yerevan at 16:00.
