Excursion "Penguin Parade on Phillip Island"

An exciting trip to Philippa Island, during which you will get acquainted with the diverse nature of the Australian continent. The culmination of the trip will be the Penguin Parade – an amazing sight unlike anything else, which millions of tourists from all over the world come to see annually.

The parade lasts about an hour and begins after sunset at Summerland Beach. Before that, you will take a walk around Philippa Island to explore the rich nature of this corner of Australia.
In the middle of the day, we will meet at your hotel or in the city where you are comfortable and head to an island two hours from Melbourne. On the way, you can visit the Australian Animal Park, where almost tame koalas and kangaroos will make you company for memorable photos and take a treat from your hands.

After crossing the bridge to Philippa Island, we will walk along the southern tip of the island, home to Australia’s largest colony of fur seals, of which there are several thousand. You can visit a wild koala park on the island. Another attraction of the island is the chocolate factory and a shop located next to it, where you can buy a variety of treats.

Here on the island we will stop for dinner. After dinner, we will head to Summerland Beach to take the best seats for the climactic performance of the entire trip – the Penguin Parade on Philippa Island.
Conveniently located on the elevations, you will comfortably watch as thousands of small penguins come out of the foamy surf and in small groups or alone overcome the beach. They will be in close proximity to you, almost under your feet. For those who want to get acquainted with penguins, a separate Ultimate Adventure Tour is held, during which all participants wear special clothes that help them merge with the surrounding stones, receive a radio headset and night vision device. An accompanying instructor will help the group take observation positions and merge with the coastal hills.

At the end of the program, you will be taken back to Melbourne.
