About the company:
The Museum of Palace Silver and Tableware is located in the Hofburg Palace. Here before tourists opens the magical and charming world of elegant palace life of the Habsburgs, in particular, represented by luxurious dishes and silverware.
Looking at the stunning plates, saucers and other dishes made of pure gold and silver, it is difficult to assume that such dishes can be eaten. Also interesting is the Chinese porcelain collection.
Interestingly, this museum is also called the Sissi Museum – this is how everyone called the adored Empress Elizabeth. A visit to the Silver Chamber can be combined with a tour of the Imperial Chambers. And relax in the cafe Hofburg, where tourists are waiting for unique culinary products.
The museum was opened in 2004. The entrance ticket price is 10 euros.
