Goethe River

Belgium

Description:

The Goethe River, which has a total length of only 12 kilometers, of course looks quite tiny, compared to such large Belgian rivers as the Scheldt or the Meuse, which are navigable, unlike Goethe.

But it is even more beautiful because it is a great place for picnics and fishing. Goethe flows throughout the northern direction of the provinces of Limburg and Flemish Brabant, after which it flows into the Demer River.

By the way, thanks to the climate of Belgium, the rivers almost never dry up and do not spill out of the banks.
