St. Sebastian's Church
Description:
The Church of St. Sebastian is a beautiful small church built in 1888 and is one of the famous landmarks in the city.
The church building is located on a beautiful square bearing the same name of St. Sebastian. There is also a local opera house.
An interesting feature of the church is its "one-sidedness" - only one bell tower was built during the construction, although the second was originally also present in the plan.
In the interior of the church you can see Italian paintings and a dome decorated from the inside. The largest paintings are dedicated to the martyrdom of Sebastian, after whom the church was named.
