Lake Abaeti is located in the city park of the same name, known for its picturesque dunes. Once it was an abandoned place, and in the lake residents washed their clothes. Now there is a wonderful beach. Its white sands, shady palm trees and warm waters attract many visitors.
Abaeta is an excellent place for relaxation and family picnics. Compared to other popular beaches in El Salvador, it is quite quiet and peaceful. On the territory of Abaeta there are restaurants, the House of Music, as well as souvenir shops. From here there is a delightful view of the Bahia de Todos os Santos.
