Piata Beach
Piata, El Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
Description:
Piata is a large sandy beach in the southeast of El Salvador, considered the most popular and busiest in the whole city. This place is especially popular among surf lovers, however, ordinary swimmers will certainly be happy with the rest in this place.
The beach of Piata stretches for about a kilometer and is wide enough that everyone who wants to swim and sunbathe can be accommodated in comfort. The Atlantic coast in this place bends, forming a natural bay, protected from strong winds. The water here is simply magnificent, but the sand itself can hardly be called clean - although municipal services monitor the order, but the high attendance of Piata makes itself felt, and after tourists there is a lot of garbage.
However, the beach is unusually beautiful - especially in the morning and evening hours, when there are few people. In addition, near Piata there is a picturesque palm park that adorns the coast and serves as an additional incentive for tourists to visit this beach.
