Jardine da Luz Public Park

Jardin da Luz is a public park in Sao Paulo with an area of about 20,000 square meters.

The park is located near the historic department of the City Hall.

Jardin da Luz was originally established as the Botanical Garden in 1798.

Jardin da Luz was converted into a public park in 1938. In the second half of the 20th century, there was an active modernization of the park: sculptures were installed, and the process of protecting the public order of the park improved.
