Domingas Dias Beach

from the Rio Santus highway, in the south (south-west) direction from the center of Ubatuba.

Description:

This is one of the best beaches near the Rio Santos highway. The length of the beach is approximately 500 meters. This very clean, cozy small beach is perfectly closed from strong waves by the peninsula opposite and the neighboring capes. Due to the fact that it is very difficult to get to the beach (you need to drive through several settlements, since there is no direct route to the beach), it is actually deserted even on sunny weekends.

Residents of a small but very green village provide beach guests with free and absolutely safe parking spaces. The village is so lost in the gardens and surrounding forest that the contours of rare and very beautiful houses are virtually invisible.

Infrastructure on the beach is completely absent due to the law banning trade and development. Only occasionally from the territory of the neighboring beach vendors sneak here with carts of ice cream.

The coast here is sometimes rocky, and this attracts lovers of scuba diving - the fact is that it is here that you can see the largest sea turtles that are absolutely not afraid of people. Also here you can see a huge number of very sassy sand crabs. A large number of unafraid marine residents is explained by another law of the village, prohibiting the appearance here with dogs and in general - a violation of the beach regime.
