Praia Grande Beach

Salvaterra, Brazil

Description:

This is the most crowded and noisy beach of Ubatuba due to the excellent infrastructure and good access to water.

The length of the beach is about 2 kilometers. Immediately behind the sand strip and a narrow strip of trees begins a densely populated area with multi-storey houses, shops, restaurants, hotels, entertainment centers, supermarkets, parking lots and other charms of civilization.

The beach is not very convenient both for surfing (there are actually no smooth waves), and for swimming, since the waves here are very sharp and rather “push” floaters than allow themselves to bask.
