Former Cafe Fink

Latrá n 37, Č eský Krumlov

About the company:

The former Café Fink, a favorite place of the famous Austrian expressionist artist Egon Schiele, was located in the early twentieth century in a two-storey house at the intersection of Latran and Nove Mesto streets. The building itself was built around 1550 in the Gothic style and enriched with arched elements characteristic of the Renaissance.

The first floor is a little more than the second, which made it possible to make a bright memorable facade near the house. Initially, the building was residential, it changed several owners, and since 1654 it was given as a beer hall. After that, Café Fink was placed in it. Currently, the Latran Pizzeria is located in the building.
