Chapel of the Suffering Mother of God

The Chapel of the Suffering Mother of God is located far from the bustling city center of Czech Krumlov on the Cross Mountain. It is a small church, but rich in decoration. The building was erected and lit in the early XVIII century. In the XIX century, it passed into private hands, was almost destroyed during the Second World War, all her property was stolen.

Fortunately, at the end of the XX century, the fate of this architectural monument became more favorable - the chapel was repaired and brought back to life. They returned to him, and the believers returned to him. Inside the temple has a vaulted ceiling, outside and inside decorated with statues.
