Krumlov Castle

The largest of the historical sights of Czech Krumlov is the castle, founded in 1240-1242. It is not only the second largest castle complex in the Czech Republic, but also one of the largest in the whole of Central Europe. The castle is especially interesting because its architectural details, interior furnishings and finishes have survived to this day in all its splendor.
