Vald&scaron tejnsk ná mě stí , 17/4, 118 01 Praha, Czech Republic
Description:
Wallenstein Gardens and Palace is an amazingly beautiful place located in the heart of Prague. Wallenstein Palace is the largest palace in the city.
Today, the palace is the seat of the Czech Senate. The construction of the palace took place in 1623-1630. The palace belonged to Field Marshal Wallenstein. The most interesting to see in the palace is the knight's hall, which is a two-level hall decorated with frescoes depicting the field marshal in the image of the God of War. Around the palace there is a luxurious garden with many fountains, statues and a pond in which ducks live. Visitors to the park can feed them.
Wallenstein Garden is a paradise among the bustle of the city. The park is open to visitors from April to October. In May, various concerts and theatrical performances are held here.
