Vysegrad Castle

Vysegrad Castle is undoubtedly one of the most ancient historical monuments of the Czech Republic. The history of its creation dates back to the distant tenth century. He has seen countless rulers, thousands of seasons, and is reflected in millions of human eyes.

The fortress, which is located on a hill and is located at the very banks of the Vltava River, towering above it, was once built to protect the city on its southern side. The fortress withstood a lot, time left noticeable traces on it, but it still stands and reminds of its great past.

In the vast territory of Vyshgrad there are many monuments of culture and history, such as the Visegrad cemetery, on the territory of which more than 600 figures of national culture rest.
