Place of Power: Falcon's Throat Gorge

On the route you will visit the waterfall (photo-pause and coffee pause), you will see the capital of Montenegro Podgorica, and then from the bustle of the capital you will get to the countryside. Passage will observe the life of rural residents of Montenegro, and the further along the route - the more authentic the places and way of life will be.

The first point for a walk on our busy day will be the village of Meduna, known for the ruins of the Illyrian city of Metheon (3rd century BC). And from this panoramic point you will see a completely different Montenegro: an endless panorama of the Podgorica plateau opens in one direction, on the other - to local villages with horizontal stone terraces, and to the mountains where we have a way to the tops (by car).

Here is a unique, absolutely unlike other regions of Montenegro nature and landscapes: juniper-covered glades and snow-white stone.

The end point of the trip is a panoramic platform with the maximum possible view of the Gorge of Sokolo’s Throat, with whose name the local legend is associated. It is a place with a powerful energy: some want to cry here, others admit that they are happy. Explore and experience your emotions in stunningly beautiful wildlife and get to know yourself better!

For lunch you are welcome in a small village: there is a national restaurant, which is open only in the summer. I will share with you the special features of the national cuisine. At other times of the year you can have lunch with the locals.

The route of the ring and along the way you will see a huge statue of Christ - a copy of the statue in Rio de Janeiro, the pride of the locals from the Catholic community. From this place there is a magnificent view of the canon of the Tsievna River.

This trip can be made in 4 hours, and extend walking, which does not affect the cost of the tour.
